It is volunteering time!!

I signed up for this volunteer event quite long ago and today is the actual event! AND I WAS ALL ALONE, BECAUSE MY DEAREST COUSIN, MISS SOH HUI QIN HAS WORK!!! :((((

I travelled down to Marina Barrage alone, but at least I made some friends there when I was helping out with the goodie bagssssss (:

Firstly, we changed our shirts to the event tee and then we started working by shifting all the thousands of goodie bags from a storage area to the collection point which is like 200m apart?!?! And the no.of manpower we had was "WOW!" LOL!




From 12noon till 4pm, we have been shifting from one point to another, another point to another point.. SO TIRING!!! :/

At 4pm, our job still not done. We had to give out the goodie bags to the public who participated provided that they had the goodie bag tags with them. It was very chaotic, because instructions were not passed down properly.

The finale finally started at 7pm where President Tony Tan came and we had mass chorus reading as well as mass dancing! (:
