Met up with Kelvinnnnn for a movie followed by an ATAS dinner at my old workplace at the Esplanade.

We watched the movie "Fright Night" and i think I should pay half price for the tickets because half of the time, I wasn't watching, and half of the time I can see the entire screen.. :P

Next, we walked to Esplanade Colours by the Bay for dinner at Al Dente. We ordered good food..So good until I had to sacrifice myself for being video-ed down and my fingers for cutting the Pizza into smaller pieces and somebody just sit down there watching showwwwww.. :/

It was a superrrrr full meal, then kelvin wanna look for COFFEE BEAN.. it's C-O-F-F-E-E B-E-A-N yeaaa, not S-T-A-R-B-U-C-K-S.. So we had to find the nearest COFFEE BEAN which is at Suntec Tower..and so we WALKED thereeeee..

Okkkk laaa, basically, it was a fun day full of laughter, ever since from the MOVIEEEEE..

After my night shift, I went home to sleeeeeeeeep like nobody's businessss! WHEEEEEE! (:Then I had to meet Jiasheng Gor at Orchard Mrt at 8pm ! (: He said it's his TREAT for my birthdayyyy! And I feel very very baddddd :/So I took MRT to orchard and after that, I dont know where to goooo because there are 2 exitssssss.. Then I received a sms from Gor telling me to wait at platform.. PHEWWWWW! At least he can lead me OUT of orchard MRT station..So we walked out of the MRT station to Orchard ION. Then Gor brought me to this Jap Restaurant at I-Dont-Know-Which-Level. It was something like pepperlunch but they will cook for you on the spot (: VERY COOOOL (:

Okkkk, while eating, we chit chatted like usual about school, about life, about relations, about any other thingssss and Gor just realized that he missed out A LOTTTT.. hahahaha!Next up, Gor brought me around ION, and yesss true enough, I felt like a blur sotong, a foreign SINGAPOREAN. hahahahaha! He went to TopShop to buy a shorts for his girlfriend.. AWWWW SO SWEEEEET! :P hahahaha! But best thing was, he asked me how to look for the size. Very good QUESTION, BECAUSE I ALSO DONT KNOW AS I DONT GO SHOPPING VERY OFTEN. LOL!!Alright next up, he led me along orchard road, from ION to Plaza Singapura. He keep asking me if I wanna eat any dessert or drink any bubble tea. He really wants to stuff food into my stomach lorrrrr! :/Along the way, we had a conversation of HIGH MATURITY. Hahahaha! But it was really a fun dayyyyy to meet up with Gor even though our workplace are just nearby one another.. hahahaha! (:
Went to Airport an hour earlier today to meet Mr Yeo Peng Shi, cause he wanted to buy my belated birthday present for meeeeee... which I told him no need it's okkkkk.. hahahaha! Alright, we were at T3 Candy Empire and I took super long to choose the sweets that I wanted because of the pricessssss! Even though I am holding on to 10% discount. My jellybeanssss!(: So after we have bought the sweets, he took me to Jollibean to buy my Almond Soymilk! Seriously, i shouldn't have told him what I wanted for my birthdayyyyy.. LOL! I was super full after I drank that cup of REGULAR SOYMILK!! Hahahaha! My almost-gonna-finished soymilk (: Handsome SIOL!!! HAHAHAHA! I thought I was going to end here, but nooooo! My flats are gonna spoil in just any one moment, so he wanted to buy flatssss, but it was very lucky that BATA didnt sell, Cotton On did not have my sizeeeee :P Alrighttttt, his task was completed and I have to report for workkkkk!! Hello sir, I understand that you are bringing your family down for dinner. However, your actions towards the service providers are seriously unbearable for me to say this.

You are current wasting a huge portion of food just because you have eaten all the courses, however, you are rejecting the last dish of vegetables as they delivered to you 10 mins after you have cleared all the dishes. The cooks, despite the peak period, are rushing to finish cooking your dish. You claimed that they have delivered the last dish after you have finished your dinner. But from what I could see, the rest of your family members have not finished. And that isnt the right attitude to speak to the service providers.

They are all so busy and despite your tone of speaking, they did not confront you, you should be happy.

Im not angry in any way, but as a hospitality student, I can feel how the service providers feel. Im just empathizing with them in this situation. Im sorry but I didnt mean to offend or pinpoint anyone here.
Challenges are what make life interesting overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.

My mom only had one eye. I hated her, she was such an embarrassment.

That night...I woke up, and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. My mom was crying there, so quietly, as if she was afraid that she might wake me. I took a look at her, and then turned away. Because of the thing I had said to her earlier, there was something pinching at me in the corner of my heart. Even so, I hated my mother who was crying out of her one eye. So I told myself that I would grow up and become successful, because I hated my one-eyed mom and our desperate poverty.

Then I studied really hard. I left my mother and came to Seoul and studied, and got accepted in the Seoul University with all the confidence I had. Then, I got married. I bought a house of my own. Then I had kids, too. Now I'm living happily as a successful man. I like it here because it's a place that doesn't remind me of my mom.
This happiness was getting bigger and bigger, when someone unexpected came to see me "What?! Who's this?!"... It was my mother...Still with her one eye. It felt as if the whole sky was falling apart on me. My little girl ran away, scared of my mom's eye.
And I asked her, "Who are you? I don't know you!!!" as if I tried to make that real. I screamed at her "How dare you come to my house and scare my daughter! Get out here now!" And to this, my mother quietly answered, "oh, I'm so sorry. I may have gotten the wrong address," and she disappeared. Thank good ness... she doesn't recognize me. I was quite relieved. I told myself that I wasn't going to care, or think about this for the rest of my life.

Then a wave of relief came upon me... one day, a letter regarding a school reunion came to my house. I lied to my wife saying that I was going on a business trip. After the reunion, I went down to the old shack, that I used to call a house...just out of curiosity there, I found my mother fallen on the cold ground. But I did not shed a single tear. She had a piece of paper in her hand.... it was a letter to me.

I think my life has been long enough now. And... I won't visit Seoul anymore... but would it be too much to ask if I wanted you to come visit me once in a while? I miss you so much. And I was so glad when I heard you were coming for the reunion. But I decided not to go to the school.... For you... I'm sorry that I only have one eye, and I was an embarrassment for you.

You see, when you were very little, you got into an accident, and lost your eye. As a mother, I couldn't stand watching you having to grow up with only one eye... so I gave you mine... I was so proud of my son that was seeing a whole new world for me, in my place, with that eye. I was never upset at you for anything you did. The couple times that you were angry with me. I thought to myself, 'it's because he loves me.' I miss the times when you were still young around me.

Had usual dinner with my relatives at the coffee shop.

Then I went to meet my dearrrrr Yiling as she had my birthday present and wanted to pass it to me..
It was a very sweeeeet, pretty, nicely decorated and memorable photo frame (:



Next, we went to meditate as usual.

After meditation, Randi said that she wanna try the cupping that we always do since we were youngggg..

We still remember the times when we were still very young, and we came over very frequently to do cupping and then all our backs were RED with many CIRCULAR MARKS left behind our backssss! hahahaha! And we will help each other to pump the equipment onto each other's back.. Basically we were all enjoying, even though the first few times, we were screaming and shouting and not used to it.
And when we went swimming every sunday, our instructor will us, WHY OUR BACKS HAVE SO MANY MARKSSSS.. hahahaahaha! It was really very funnn! :P



We are like under some torture... hahahaha!

Alright, after all these funnnn, we went back to my house to slackkkkk..

While watching my tv, my sis suddenly throw to me a red covered shoe. Then she said, Happy Belated Birthday.. I asked her why only the left shoe, then Desmond said cause the right shoe out of stock -.- THANKSSS LORRR! hahahaha! FINEEEEEEE...

After watching my tv for another 30mins, Randi came out of my room and throw the right shoe to me and said happy belated birthday.. SO NOW WHAT?? Wanna play every 30mins, different people will throw my present to me huhh?? Hahahaha!

Then Desmond passed me a pair of socks.. So I asked him, inside only one huhhhh?? HAHAHAHAH! No laaa, it's A PAIR. LOL!


After work, I went for Movie with the "Everyday-also-Boring-and-Dont-Know-Why-Take-Leave-On-This-Day person..hahahaha! Kelvin laaaa! LOL! at TM GV..Johnny English, awesomeee and hilarioussss!! (:

Then I walked home, changed, reply some of my FB wall posts, then went out for dinner with my family..

I went home and continue with my 300+ FB wall posts.. reply until i dont know what to reply alreadyyyy..hahahaha!

While replying my FB posts, still have to tackle Mr Yeo's crapppppppsssss before he turn in to bedddddd..

Had my first morning shift on my Birthday!! How awesome can it be!! (: hahahaha!

Isabelle has been smsing me in the morning, asking where is my location. So when i told her I have reached T3 bus terminal, she told me to wait for herrrr.. when I was in the lift to the office, she called. Then at B1, i saw her and the previous night shift interns. I stepped out of the lift, still wondering why are they so smileyyyyyy..hahahaha!

And Belle passed me a packet of sweetsssss.. I was really surprised! I went back to the office and saw the notes that they wrote for me...so sweeeeeet! (: Thanks for all the TEABREAKSSSSS guysss! hahahaha!



Then after I have ended my shift, we went back to office and the afternoon shift were there already.. We were talking about our first morning shift and I stood up, wanted to get something from the locker, but my friend stopped me..

So i went back to chit chat with the rest... then suddenly the girls turned over with a piece of cake and a candle.. and they sand birthday song for me.. Seriously I dont know how to react but just keep saying thank you.. because I just know them for one week and they helped me with this mini celebration..It was really really touching..and I teared..THANK YOU GUYSSSS!!! (: REALLY THANK YOUUUUUU!! (:
Today, im supposed to meet miss Soh Huiqin at 7.45pm and she booked me since 16 September.

But then, she told me to leave my house late, and i did. I walked to TM somemoreeeee! LOL! I reached tampines interchange at 8pm and she was still LATEEEEEEE.. get used to it already.. hahahaha!

So guess what?? She reached at 8.45pm..OHHHHH GREAT! hahahahaha! I told her "Luckily im not very hungry, if not she dieeeee" hahaahaha!

So she asked me what i wanna eat.. and I said Food Court. She rejected as she said she wanna eat more expensive good food like SAKAE SUSHI! WOWWW!

Then we went to T1 and take a look.. So i asked her if she wanna use the directory, she said no need, she wanna one level by one level see see look look. LOL!

Then when she reached only the 2nd level, she went to New York Dessert Cafe to take a look.. then we look at the menu.. and she said ok let's go in. I was like WOW, she made decision quite fast huhhhh??

And so we proceed in, then when i was lead to the end of the restaurant, i turned to my left and my 2e3 clique were all seated down and they sang happy birthday song for meeeee!! (: So TOUCHED and SURPRISED until I teared!!

Thats me, and such a huge piece of cake! LOL!

Today, is not my birthday.. But I have organised a celebration party for my advanced birthday.. Since thursday, I have been trying to bake a cake, however after trying for 5 times, I gave up.

My mum went to order a ready-made cake from bakery store and i tried to make cake pops on friday night. Although it was not really successful, the pops were still edible :P

On Saturday morning, I gave up doing cake pops. Instead, i used the remaining cake to drawwwwwwww! Hahahahaha! I melted coloured chocolates and then start to decorated the cakes (: AND THIS WAS SUCCESSFUL! LOL!

Alright, around 6pm, my 大伯 came, then 7pm Randi and Des came. AFTER THATTTTTT, 7.30pm my 小姑, 二姑 and uncle patrick came. LATEEEEEEEEEE.. Luckily i didn't write in my invitation card to meet at 7.30pm..

And guess what?? Because it was pot luck day, every family will cook 1 or 2 dishes.. AND ALL THE DISHES CAME LIMITED! LIMITED EDITION! FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! Seriouslyyyyyy, all the dishes are the SMALL SIZE kind..everybody can only take one of each dishesssssss, thank youuuuuu! hahahahaha!

Alright, after everyone has taken their dinner, it's time for gamesssssss! (:
First up, all of them are divided into 3 groups! according to their 4D number that I gave them, hehehehehe! (:

So there were, 02, 03 and 04. O2-the adults, 03- the teen adults, 04- the teens.

Each group will have to send one representative to seat on the chair. First game is to remember the colours that I showed them and then say is once to me in order. There are 10 colour papers, and they are allowed to get help from their members. Next stage, also the same game, however, now that the colour papers do not represent the same colour. E.g Red is not red, red is now yellow. So they have to follow what was written on the colour paper, and say it once to me. EVERYBODY BLURRRRRRR!! LOL!


Do they looked blurrrrrr?? HAHAHAHA!

Second Game, changed of representative. It is a flag game. So each rep will have a red, black and 2 white flag. So they are suppose to follow my instructions.



Hahahahaha! ALL GOT NO BALANCE..

Third Game, changed of representative. Guessing of Song title and Singer. This one, my whole family super good at it.. Everytime go K one.. hahahaha! However, they will be listening to 3 DIFFERENT SONGS being played AT THE SAME TIME! Hahahahaha! But still, they were good at both english and chinese (: (OF COURSE LAAAAAA, I CHOSE THOSE SONGS THAT ARE POPULAR AND CLASSIC LORRRR :P)




Last stage, changed of representative. They are supposed to memorize 10 digits and then recite them in reverse way, from the last digit to the first! (: Yong ge still wanted to take phone out to type lorrrrrr!! hahahahaha!



But it was really funnnn! and the winning team, the teen adults, won the award (: "A 2 way tickets to BALI ISLAND!!" CONGRATS!!! (LIKE REAL! HAHAHAHAHA!)
